Code of Conduct

Treat all customers, players, and staff with kindness and respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated. Threats, intimidation, physical aggression, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the store and possible bans from future events.

Play fairly and honestly. Follow the rules of the game and respect event organizers and judges. Unsportsmanlike behavior, cheating, or intentionally disrupting games is not allowed.

Please avoid excessive profanity, offensive jokes, or disruptive behavior that could make others uncomfortable.

Take care of store property, tables, chairs, games, and merchandise. Clean up after yourself and report any damage to staff.

Store staff and event organizers are responsible for maintaining a safe environment. Please follow their instructions during events and store hours.

Because we share gaming spaces, please maintain reasonable personal hygiene for the comfort of others.

Clean up spills and dispose of trash properly.

Anyone under the age of 16 is to be supervised at all times. If you are attending an event, your child needs to be next to you at all times. Do not leave your child unattended. Unruly children will be asked to leave.

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please notify a staff member. All concerns will be taken seriously.

Staff may give warnings, remove individuals from events, or issue temporary or permanent bans for violations of this Code of Conduct.
